2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the customer provides incorrect pick-up or drop-off information.
- If the customer cancels the booking after the allowable cancellation window.
- If the ride is completed as per the booking details.
- If the customer is unavailable at the pick-up location and the driver waits beyond the designated waiting period.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least [Insert Time Frame] before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [Insert Time Frame] of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up at the pick-up location, no refund will be provided.

5. Mode of Refund
